In COPD, asthma, ARDS, is a grid of ventilation / perfusion problem.
Is there an easy way for me to say that there is a general problem of the infusion, that one prblm an oxygen?

COPD and asthma are diseases of the respiratory tract
PE-infusion is a problem - a lot of ventilation there was no blood.
The formula, if I remember correctly, is
VD / VT = less Paco Peco / Paco
